We will prepare draft documents in order to agree on debt repayment (debt repayment schedule, bill of exchange) so that in the case of the debtor's dishonest or improper fulfilment of his/her obligations it would be faster and cheaper to obtain the commitment enforcement documents (decision of a court, writ of execution).
